Fate Rewinder Anime Story

The story of Fate Rewinder (Unmei no Makimodo Shi) anime is a high-stakes cyberpunk action with a desperate, time-loop puzzle, blending sci-fi, adventure, and action-comedy genres. The Main Character (MC) Chrono, a young boy belonging to a secret organization known as the Rewinders (the Time-Rewinding Agency). While the world constantly faces horrific incidents, disasters, and various other problems which the public perceives as random tragedies they are actually the result of a calculated scheme.

Chrono and his team who boast a 100% survival rate are assigned a critical mission. Chrono possesses a powerful special ability called the Retry Eye whenever a death or disaster occurs, he can activate this eye to rewind time by a few minutes or even hours. Chrono discovers that these incidents are being orchestrated by an antagonist group known as the “Clock Hands.” The mission is deeply personal for him, as the group has targeted and abducted his sister. Now, Chrono must lead his squad including allies Shirai, Akaba, and Lemon to confront the Clock Hands, unravel the mystery behind the time-manipulation technology, and successfully rewrite history to rescue his sister.
